Every release we ship reflects what we're hearing from the teams running their businesses on EOS One, and this one brings four of our most requested capabilities to life. From AI-guided Scorecard and Rock creation to calendar integration and a brand new Daily and Weekly Planner, this release is focused on helping you spend less time managing EOS One and more time running your business.

Building the right Scorecard with the right measurables is one of the hardest parts of running EOS well. Most teams either lean on a manual, trial-and-error process or spend hours debating what to track. This release gives you a better way to get there.

Alongside the traditional manual entry, you can now ask Atlas AI to guide you through adding measurables. Atlas takes your existing Scorecard into account and applies EOS best practices as it works with you, so every measurable you add fits the bigger picture instead of existing in isolation.

As you build, Atlas checks each measurable against the EOS rules for what makes a good measurable, and compares it to what similar companies in your industry are tracking. You get real-time feedback instead of finding out months later that a measurable wasn't pulling its weight.

Not sure where to start? The new Measurable Library gives you a pre-built set of common measurables used by similar companies, ready to browse for inspiration and add directly to your Scorecard.

The new Measurable Monitor keeps working long after you've built your Scorecard. It flags measurables that have gone stale or are consistently off track, then prompts you to either turn that trend into an Issue or ask a harder question: is this actually driving your business, or does it need to go?

Rocks are how EOS teams turn priorities into progress, and this release gives you more support and more control over how you manage them.

You can still add a Rock manually with the simple entry you're used to, or ask Atlas AI to help. Atlas can walk you through creating a new Rock or analyze your existing Rocks to check that they're SMART and grounded in reality rather than wishful thinking.

Previously, the only way to remove a Rock from a meeting was to delete it, and deleted meant gone. Now you can archive a Rock and unarchive it later if you need it back. Your historical Rock data stays intact.

One of our most requested features is now live. You can add Milestones to a Rock, assign an owner to each one, reorder them as priorities shift, and check them off as progress is made. It's an intentionally simple first step, with more depth planned as we continue to build this out.

Under Company Details in Settings, organizations can now configure their own quarterly calendar. Choose a standard calendar year, a fiscal year with your own starting month, or a fully custom setup with your own start date for each quarter. When you create a Rock and assign it to a quarter, its due date will default to that quarter's end date automatically.

Until now, the only way to know what was on your EOS One calendar was to check EOS One directly or add every meeting to your personal calendar by hand. That changes with this release.

Organizations can now connect their Google or Microsoft calendar. An admin sets it up once at the org level, and once connected, it works for everyone. Meetings created in EOS One, or through Atlas AI chat, send full invites, including date, time, link, and agenda, straight to your connected calendar.

With a calendar connected, Atlas AI chat can now see your calendar events outside of EOS One too. That context becomes especially useful when Atlas is helping you plan your day or week, which brings us to our next feature.

This is a brand new capability, not something that existed in any form before. The Daily and Weekly Planner gives you an AI-guided way to plan your time around what actually matters.

Ask Atlas to help plan your day or your week and it will pull together everything relevant automatically: Rocks that are off track, To-Dos that are overdue or undone, upcoming EOS meetings, and if you've connected a calendar, everything on it too.

Atlas doesn't just hand you a list. It interviews you on what matters most right now, and if something you name as a priority isn't already tracked in EOS One, Atlas will flag it and suggest adding it.

Based on your real calendar availability, Atlas suggests time blocks for your priorities, so your plan for the day or week is grounded in the time you actually have.
