Set your organization’s quarterly calendar and time zone so EOS One can align Rock quarters and due dates with the way your organization operates.
What Is the Quarterly Calendar?
The Quarterly Calendar defines when each quarter begins and ends for your organization.
Your quarterly calendar is used when assigning a Quarter to a Rock. When you select a quarter, EOS One automatically sets the Rock’s due date to the end of that quarter.
The quarterly calendar applies across your organization.

Save your changes.
The default time zone is UTC until another time zone is selected.
How Quarterly Calendar Settings Affect Rocks
When creating or editing a Rock, you can select the quarter associated with the Rock.
After you select a quarter:
The Quarter appears on the Rock.
EOS One automatically sets the Due Date to the end of the selected quarter.
You can change the due date if needed.
The organization’s quarterly calendar and time zone are used to determine which quarter the due date belongs to.
This helps teams use consistent quarter dates across the organization.
