Atlas AI can help you review your Scorecard, understand how your numbers are trending, and create or suggest Measurables using context from EOS One.
Open Atlas AI from a Scorecard
Opening Atlas from the Scorecard gives the conversation context about the Meeting and Scorecard you are working with.
Navigate to the Meeting that contains the Scorecard you want to work with.
Scroll to the Scorecard section.
Select Ask Atlas.
Choose a suggested prompt or enter your own message.
Suggested prompts include:
Review my Scorecard
How are my numbers trending?
Create a Measurable
Suggest Measurables
Review Your Scorecard with Atlas
Select Review my Scorecard to ask Atlas to evaluate the Scorecard and identify areas that may need attention.
Atlas can evaluate the Scorecard for criteria such as:
Redundant or overlapping Measurables
Missing high-impact, industry-standard Measurables
A healthy mix of leading and lagging indicators
Imbalances between business functions
Atlas summarizes what it finds in the conversation so you can review the feedback and decide what changes, if any, you want to make.
Review How Your Numbers Are Trending
Select How are my numbers trending? to ask Atlas about the results currently tracked on your Scorecard.
You can also ask follow-up questions in your own words to explore a specific Measurable, trend, or area of the Scorecard.
Example prompts include:
“How are my numbers trending?”
“Which Measurables should I pay attention to?”
“What stands out on this Scorecard?”
“Review the trend for this Measurable.”
Create a Measurable with Atlas
Atlas can guide you through creating a new Measurable.
Open Ask Atlas from the Scorecard.
Select Create a Measurable, or enter your own request.
Provide any additional information Atlas requests.
Review Atlas's guidance and the proposed Measurable.
Complete the creation process when you are ready to add it to the Scorecard.
When evaluating a Measurable, Atlas can consider factors such as:
Whether ownership is clear
Whether the cadence is appropriate
Whether tracking the Measurable is likely to help drive action or change
Atlas may also use information already available in EOS One to provide context. For example, it can reference information from the Accountability Chart and existing Rocks when helping determine what or who may be relevant.

Ask Atlas to Suggest Measurables
If you are not sure what to track, select Suggest Measurables.
Atlas can use the Scorecard and information available in EOS One to help recommend Measurables for the team.
Open Ask Atlas from the Scorecard.
Select Suggest Measurables.
Answer any follow-up questions from Atlas.
Review the suggestions.
Continue the conversation to refine the recommendations when needed.
You can also enter your own request, such as:
“Suggest Measurables for this Scorecard.”
“What numbers should this team be tracking?”
“Help me identify gaps in this Scorecard.”
Use the Measurable Library.
Atlas is not the only way to add a Measurable.
If you prefer to browse prebuilt options, select Add from the Scorecard and open the Library tab.
The Measurable Library lets you browse, customize, assign, and add prebuilt Measurables to your Scorecard.

Review Atlas Recommendations
Atlas provides guidance based on the information available in EOS One, but you remain in control of what is added or changed.
Review suggested Measurables, ownership, targets, and other details before making changes to the Scorecard.
