Connect your organization’s Microsoft calendar to EOS One so users can connect their calendars and use supported calendar features.
Before You Connect to Microsoft
The initial Microsoft connection must be completed by an administrator with the required Microsoft permissions.
When you connect Microsoft at the organization level:
Microsoft asks the administrator to approve the permissions requested by EOS One.
The administrator consents on behalf of the organization.
After the organization connection is complete, users in the organization can connect their supported calendars to EOS One.
Note: Your Microsoft organization may have additional approval or security requirements. The screens you see during sign-in can vary based on your organization’s Microsoft settings.
Connect Microsoft to EOS One
In EOS One, select your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Select Settings.
Select Integrations.
Locate the Microsoft calendar integration.
Select Connect Microsoft Account.
Sign in to the Microsoft account that has the required administrator permissions.
Complete any authentication steps required by your Microsoft organization.
Microsoft will display the permissions requested by EOS One.
Review the requested permissions.
Select the option to consent on behalf of your organization.
Select Accept.
Note: If Microsoft displays Approval required, your account does not currently have permission to approve the connection. Follow your organization’s Microsoft approval process or contact the appropriate Microsoft administrator.
Wait for Calendar Sync Setup
After Microsoft permissions are approved, EOS One begins setting up the calendar integration.
The setup screen displays:
The administrator account that was linked
The administrator email address
The date the account was linked
The status of the calendar sync setup
Calendar setup may take a few minutes.
Once setup is complete, select Done.
Confirm Microsoft Is Connected
Return to Settings > Integrations.
The Microsoft calendar integration will now show that it is connected, including information about the administrator who linked the account.
The previous Connect Microsoft Account option is replaced with a Disconnect option.
After the Organization Is Connected
Connecting Microsoft at the organization level enables calendar integration for the organization.
Individual users can then connect their supported calendars to EOS One.
