5.18.2026 Release Notes: Atlas AI, Planning Meetings, Scorecard Dates, and Process Document Enhancements

This release introduces major enhancements to Atlas AI, new Quarterly and Annual Planning meeting experiences, improved Process Documents functionality, and several usability updates across EOS One.

Enhancements

  • Atlas Chat: Users can now access Atlas AI from anywhere in EOS One through a global chat experience in the left sidebar. Atlas Chat includes conversation history and streaming responses for a more interactive experience.

  • Atlas AI knowledge coverage across EOS One data points include:

    • Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO)

    • Accountability Chart (A/C)

    • Meetings

    • Rocks

    • To-dos

    • Issues

    • Headlines

    • Measurables (Scorecard)

    • Process Documents

  • Atlas AI can now assist with EOS One workflows that include:

    • Creating and updating Rocks

    • Managing To-Dos

    • Working with Issues and Headlines

    • Accessing meeting information

    • Searching organizational data

  • Quarterly Planning meeting type added: EOS One now includes a structured Quarterly Planning meeting format with guided agenda sections for reviewing Rocks, reviewing Scorecards, IDS, setting new Rocks, and scheduling follow-up meetings.

  • Annual Planning meeting type added: Teams can now run Annual Planning sessions in EOS One using a dedicated two-day agenda experience with collaborative editing and meeting summaries.

  • Quarterly/Annual Pulse grouping added: Dashboard and Meetings pages now separate planning meetings from Weekly Pulse and other meeting types for easier navigation.

  • Tag filtering restored and improved: Users can now filter Process Documents by one or more tags using dropdown selection and removable filter pills. Tag filters can also be combined with free-text search.

  • Timeframe Settings: Users can now choose which day of the week their Scorecard starts on instead of being limited to a Monday-Sunday timeframe.

  • Periods to display: EOS One now supports Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Scorecard periods.

Meetings

  • Rock due dates now visible during meetings: Rock due dates are now displayed directly in the live meeting agenda. Overdue Rocks appear in bold red formatting for improved visibility.

  • EOS One mobile app access added: Users can now access iOS and Android download links directly from the avatar dropdown menu using the new “Get EOS One Mobile” option.

Defects Fixed

  • Fixed 12 defects across meetings, planning workflows, Process Documents, and Atlas AI experiences.
