Scorecard Timeframe and Periods

Overview

Adjusting your Scorecard's timeframe settings allows you to align your reporting with specific business cycles and display preferences. These changes ensure that your team views data in the most relevant context for your specific meeting rhythm.

Steps to Configure Timeframe Settings

Access the Scorecard: Navigate to the Meeting with the Scorecard you'd like to adjust. Note that you must have at least one Measurable created for the configuration options to appear.

Open Settings: Click the three dots (more options icon) located next to the current schedule label in the Scorecard header.

Select Settings: Choose Settings from the dropdown menu to open the Scorecard Settings modal.

Adjust Timeframe Settings:

  • Scorecard Interval: Use the dropdown to set the base time interval for the Scorecard (for example: Weekly or Bi-Weekly).

  • Week Starts On: Select the day of the week that reporting periods should begin (the default is Monday).

Customize Periods to Display: Under the Periods to Display section, use the dropdowns for each cadence type (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.) to choose how many historical periods are visible on the Scorecard.

Save Your Configuration: Click the Save Settings button to apply the updates to your Scorecard.

Period Filters

If you only want to see certain time periods, like Weekly or Monthly, you can use the "pill" filters in the upper-left portion of the Scorecard.

Q&A

Why don't I see the three dots to access settings?

The settings icon only appears once you have added at least one Measurable to your Scorecard. Please ensure that at least one metric is present to see the "more options" menu.

Does the 'Week Starts On' setting affect all Scorecards in the organization?

No, these settings are specific to the individual Scorecard you are currently editing. This allows different teams to have different start days if needed.

What cadence types can I customize for display?

You can adjust the number of display periods for Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual cadences.
