FAQ
Can you see other teammates' agenda items on the EOS One Mobile App?
No, you can only see your agenda items (To-Do's, Issues, Rocks, Headlines) on the mobile app.
Is EOS One Mobile the official EOS One app?
Yes. EOS One Mobile is the official EOS One application and is published by Atlas UP, the development company behind EOS One.
Why is Atlas UP listed as the developer?
Atlas UP develops and publishes the EOS One Mobile application on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Can I run my Level 10 Meeting™ from the mobile app?
No. The mobile app is designed for quick updates and visibility. Running full meetings is optimized for a computer using the EOS One web platform in a supported browser.
Do I need a separate account for the mobile app?
No. You will use the same login credentials as your EOS One web account, including Google and Microsoft SSO (Single Sign-On).
Note: Before logging in on the mobile app, you must select the correct region at the bottom of the screen. This must match the URL region you use to log into the EOS One web platform (e.g., US or EU). The default region selected is for the US.
Is the mobile experience the same as the web platform?
The mobile app is intentionally streamlined for quick updates and visibility. For full functionality, reporting, and meeting management, use EOS One on a desktop or laptop.
Why don't I see "Done, Not Done," and "Non-Rocks" in the mobile app?
The mobile app is designed to provide quick visibility into the Rocks you’re actively working on. For that reason, only “On-Track” and “Off-Track” Rocks are visible in the mobile application, although they’ll still be visible in the web application.
Some of my meetings are missing; why?
Since the mobile app is currently designed to display active meeting items, only meetings with active items like To-Dos, Rocks, Headlines, or Issues will appear in your filters on the mobile app.
To make them visible, simply add at least one of these items to your meeting.
Will changes come to the mobile app?
Yes, as with our web application, the mobile app will continue to be developed. If there is an area where you'd like to see an enhancement, please let us know!
