EOS One's Biggest Update Yet: New Features, AI Capabilities, and a Redesigned Experience

Running a business on EOS takes focus, alignment, and the right tools. We've been listening, and over the past year, feedback from thousands of EOS One users has directly shaped our roadmap. The result is our most significant release to date: new features you've been asking for, powerful AI capabilities, and a cleaner, more intuitive app experience.

Features You Asked For

Your EOS practice doesn't stop when you step away from your desk. EOS One Mobile is now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, giving you a quick and easy way to add Issues, capture and complete To-Dos, log Headlines, and update your Rock statuses on the go.

Your Scorecard should work the way your business works. You can now control which day of the week your Scorecard starts on, and we've expanded tracking periods well beyond weekly, including daily, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual. View all period types at once or filter to what matters most right now.

EOS One has supported L10s, 1-on-1s, and custom meeting types for a while. Now we're filling in the rest of the EOS cadence with two new structured meeting types:

  • Quarterly Planning—a focused one-day session for leadership teams to review the quarter, revisit the V/TO, surface and work through Issues, set new Rocks, and designate who delivers the Speech to the broader company.

  • Annual Planning — a comprehensive two-day session to close out the year, realign on the V/TO, sharpen the one-year plan, set Rocks, and send your team into the new year with momentum.

New Capabilities

EOS One has partnered with Atlas UP™ to bring Atlas, the AI Chief of Staff, to EOS One. This technology, backed by the same investors as Claude, Grok, Perplexity, and SpaceX, works to get your organization running like a well-oiled machine.

Atlas AI in EOS One understands your business the way a great chief of staff would. It connects to your To-Dos, Rocks, Issues, Headlines, and Scorecard measurables so you can ask questions, get answers, and make changes directly from the chat—no digging required.

Atlas AI also understands your V/TO, your Accountability Chart, and any processes you've documented in EOS One. Whether you have a question about EOS itself or need a quick status on a Rock, Atlas AI has the context to help.

On the privacy front: no LLM model trains on your organization's data, and EOS One has recently achieved SOC 2 compliance. Privacy and information security are at the forefront of everything we do—and we've backed that commitment with our new security team that has 30 years of experience protecting organizations like the FBI, the Pentagon, and Caterpillar.

A Redesigned Experience

We've begun a systematic overhaul of EOS One's UI, making the app more intuitive and cohesive across the board. In this release you'll notice the following:

  • A new header layout that reduces height and gives you more room to work

  • A redesigned left sidebar that puts all main sections within easy reach, with Atlas AI chat always accessible—start a new conversation or browse previous chats without breaking your flow

  • Improved mobile navigation for a smoother experience on any device

  • A redesigned Processes section that makes it easy to see, edit, and add processes in line with the new design direction

What's Coming Next

We're just getting started. Atlas AI will continue to improve every week—learning more about your business over time and getting smarter with every iteration as we incorporate user feedback. And if you've noticed the UI improvements in this release, there's plenty more where that came from. We have a lot of ground to cover, and we are committed to making EOS One simpler and more powerful with every update.

EOS One is built for the way leadership teams and companies actually work — and this release reflects that. Whether you're an EOS veteran or just getting started, these updates are designed to make your EOS practice sharper, simpler, and more connected than ever.

Have feedback? We're always listening.
