The Meeting Transcript feature records audio during a meeting and automatically creates:
A full meeting transcript
An AI-generated meeting summary
Segmented transcript sections for easier navigation
Transcript sections are organized by common EOS One meeting components, including:
Segue
Rock Review

To-Do List

This helps teams quickly locate and review key conversations after the meeting.
How to Start a Meeting Transcript
Start a meeting in EOS One.
Select the Record Transcription button in the top-right corner.
In the transcription pop-out window, click Start Recording.
Continue your meeting as normal.
Important: If you are using headphones, only your audio may be recorded. For best results, use your computer speakers so all participant audio can be captured.
How to View a Meeting Transcript
After the meeting ends:
Go to the meeting’s History tab.
Open the completed meeting.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find:
