How to Use Meeting Transcripts in EOS One

Meeting Transcripts in EOS One allow you to record and review meeting conversations, generate AI-powered summaries, and quickly revisit important discussions after a meeting ends.

What Are Meeting Transcripts?

The Meeting Transcript feature records audio during a meeting and automatically creates:

  • A full meeting transcript

  • An AI-generated meeting summary

  • Segmented transcript sections for easier navigation

Transcript sections are organized by common EOS One meeting components, including:

  • Segue

  • Rock Review

  • Headlines

  • To-Do List

  • IDS

This helps teams quickly locate and review key conversations after the meeting.

How to Start a Meeting Transcript

  1. Start a meeting in EOS One.

  2. Select the Record Transcription button in the top-right corner.

  3. In the transcription pop-out window, click Start Recording.

  4. Continue your meeting as normal.

Important: If you are using headphones, only your audio may be recorded. For best results, use your computer speakers so all participant audio can be captured.

How to View a Meeting Transcript

After the meeting ends:

  1. Go to the meeting’s History tab.

  2. Open the completed meeting.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find:

    • The AI Summary

    • The full Meeting Transcript

The transcript is grouped into expandable sections so you can quickly jump to different parts of the meeting.

Transcript Navigation Sections

  • IDS: Conversations focused on identifying, discussing, and solving Issues.

Best Practices for Accurate Transcripts

For the best transcript quality:

  • Use computer speakers instead of headphones

  • Minimize background noise

  • Ensure participants speak clearly

  • Avoid multiple people speaking at the same time

  • Keep your browser and internet connection stable during the meeting
