The Headlines section in EOS One™ helps you share short and sweet updates about team members and customers, keeping everyone informed with FYIs for the team. You can easily download your Headline data as a PDF for offline review, meeting preparation, or sharing with team members.
How to Download Your Headlines

Navigate to your Headlines

- From your EOS One™ dashboard, click on the name of the Meeting you wish to view to bring up the Meeting Overview.

Locate the Download Button
- Look for the download icon (⬇️) in the top-middle area of your Headlines section

Click to Download
- Click the download button to generate your Headlines PDF
- The PDF file will be automatically downloaded to your browser's default download folder
What Gets Downloaded
When you download your Headlines, you'll receive a PDF file that includes:
- All Current Headlines: Every headline currently tracked in your Headlines section
- Owner Information: The person who created or is assigned to each headline
- Status Indicators: Current review status (To review, Complete, etc.)
Tips for Using Downloaded Headlines
Meeting Preparation: Use downloaded Headlines PDFs during offline Level 10 Meetings™ when sharing team updates
Team Communication: Reference the PDF when team members need to catch up on recent updates
Historical Record: Keep downloaded versions to maintain a record of team communications over time
Offline Access: Review Headlines when you don't have internet connectivity
Leadership Updates: Share relevant Headlines with leadership team members for broader organizational awareness

Download Not Working?
- Ensure your browser allows downloads from app.eosone.com
- Check your internet connection
- Try refreshing the page and attempting the download again
Can't Find Downloaded File?
- Check your browser's default download folder (usually "Downloads")
- Look for a file with "Headlines" in the filename and a .pdf extension
