When a meeting ends and the Clear Meeting Items box is checked, EOS One® automatically saves a history of that meeting. The Meeting History tab on the meeting’s page gives you access to every prior instance that meeting was run. Each entry includes a summary, including how much time was spent in each segment, the meeting’s average rating, and more, along with a snapshot of each agenda item at that point in time.
Follow the steps below to access a meeting’s history and see an example of what’s captured.
- From the Dashboard or Meetings page, click the meeting you would like to access.
- Click "Meeting History."
- Find the instance of the meeting you would like to see and click the meeting's name.
- From there, you will see a summary of the instance of that meeting, and all agenda items as they were when that meeting was run.
