Once all Issues have been added to the Issues List, follow the instructions below to select the top 3 Issues to IDS.
- For the #1 Issue, click the up-arrow icon. This will bring up the Issue as the “1” Issue to IDS.
- You can number all Issues for ease of selection by clicking the "Show Numbering" button.

- From there, you can either click “Begin IDS” to begin IDS with this 1 Issue selected, or you can follow the same steps for your #2 and #3 Issues.
- Once IDS has begun, the view will change to only display those Issues that have been selected, with Issue #1 being popped open to display any notes.

- From here, you can:
- Add a To-Do from the Issue
- Edit the Issue name
- Add any Notes
- Move the Issue to another meeting
- Once the Issue has been solved, simply click the “Solved” button.
- If time is running out in your meeting or the Issue cannot be solved in this meeting, you can click the “Not Solved” button to return the Issue back to the Issues List.

- Once an Issue has been marked as solved, you will move on to the next prioritized Issue.
- Once all prioritized Issues have been solved (or marked as not solved), you will see the remaining Issues in the Issue List and can prioritize those Issues. You will also see all solved Issues in the “Solved Issues” section, with the ability to reopen them.
