Connect EOS One to Your AI Assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok)

You can connect EOS One to the AI assistant you already use. Once it's connected, you can ask about your EOS data and make changes from the chat. For example, you can ask "Which of our Rocks are off track?" or add a To-Do, and the change shows up in the same EOS One account your team uses for Level 10 Meetings.

This works through EOS One's MCP server. MCP is a standard way for AI assistants to connect to other apps. You don't need to know how it works. You just need the address below.

Who can connect?

  • Organizations on a paid EOS One plan

  • Organizations in a free trial

Free Observers can't connect. If your organization's plan has expired, your access is limited and connecting may not work.

What do I need before I start?

  • Your EOS One login.

  • An AI assistant that lets you add a custom connector, like Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Grok Bot.

  • The EOS One MCP address: https://context.app.eosone.com/mcp

How do I connect EOS One to my AI assistant?

  1. In your AI assistant, find the option to add a custom connector. Where this is depends on the assistant you use.

  2. When it asks for a URL, paste https://context.app.eosone.com/mcp

  3. Sign in with your EOS One account when asked.

That's it. You don't need an API key.

Which organization will my AI assistant use?

Your AI assistant works in your default organization only. If you belong to more than one organization, set the one you want as your default before you start. See Set Default Organization.

What can my AI assistant see in EOS One?

Once connected, your AI assistant can look up:

  • Rocks

  • To-Dos

  • Issues, including open Issues from your latest Level 10 Meeting

  • Headlines

  • Meetings

  • Scorecards and Measurables

  • Your V/TO

  • Your Accountability Chart

  • People in your organization

  • Process documents

What changes can my AI assistant make?

You can ask your AI assistant to:

  • Create, update, complete and reassign To-Dos, including To-Dos in a meeting you attend

  • Create, update and solve Issues, move them to another meeting, or move them to the V/TO

  • Create Rocks, change their status, add milestones, add them to more than one meeting, and complete, archive or restore them

  • Create and update Headlines

  • Create a meeting, copy an existing meeting, rename a meeting, or change how often it repeats

  • Add, update and delete Measurables on a Scorecard, and enter weekly numbers

  • Add and remove Core Values in your V/TO, and add Issues to your V/TO Issues List

  • Add seats to your Accountability Chart and update them

  • Create process documents

  • Create teams, add and remove team members, and delete teams

  • Create a new organization

What can't my AI assistant do?

  • It can't delete To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, Headlines, meetings or process documents. Instead, it can complete To-Dos, solve Issues, and complete or archive Rocks.

  • It can only add To-Dos to meetings you attend.

  • It can't edit a process document after it's created yet.

For anything else, use the EOS One app.

Do I need an API key?

No. You connect by signing in with your own EOS One account, so there's no API key to copy or share.

Is my EOS One data safe?

You sign in with your own EOS One account, and EOS One is SOC 2 compliant.

Do I need an outside AI tool to use AI in EOS One?

No. Atlas, the AI Chief of Staff, is built into every EOS One plan. Connecting another AI assistant is optional, for people who already use one.

Where do I get help?
