10.23.26 Release Notes | Atlas Voice, Upgraded Atlas Chat, Move Issues Between V/TOs, and Free Observer Upgrade Requests

Atlas Voice on web, upgraded Atlas chat with dictation, moving Issues between V/TOs, Free Observer upgrade requests, and general bug fixes.

This release brings voice conversations to Atlas AI on the web, upgrades the Atlas chat experience, lets you move Issues between V/TOs, and gives Free Observers a way to request an upgrade.

Enhancements

  • Atlas Voice on web: Talk with Atlas out loud, hands-free. Open the Chat panel and select the voice icon next to the microphone to start a live conversation. The Atlas logo shows whose turn it is, you can interrupt Atlas at any time, and Atlas gives the same answers and can do the same things as in typed chat. Confirm changes by saying "yes" or "no," and answer Atlas's questions by voice. Select the mic button (Turn the mic off) to turn your mic off, and select the X button (End voice mode) or press Escape when you're done. When the conversation ends, it's written into the chat so you can keep typing where you left off. See Atlas AI: Overview and How to Use It.

  • Upgraded Atlas chat: The Chat panel has been rebuilt. Search your chat history, which is grouped by day, rename or delete conversations (with five seconds to undo a delete), and widen or resize the panel. Select the paperclip to attach images, PDFs, Word documents, text files, or CSV files to your messages. Select Stop while Atlas is writing a reply to stop it, and select the speaker icon under a reply to hear it read out loud. Before Atlas creates, changes, archives, or deletes anything in EOS One, it shows a card with the proposed change, and nothing happens until you confirm.

  • Dictation in Atlas chat: Select the microphone in the message box to speak your message instead of typing it. Atlas types your words into the box. While you dictate, the dictation (mic) button turns into an X. Select it (Stop dictation) to stop dictating and keep your words in the message box so you can review or edit them before you send. Or select the send button (Stop listening and send) to stop dictating and send your message right away.

  • Move Issues between V/TOs: You can now move an Issue from one V/TO's Issues List to another. Select Move on the Issue, choose V/TO, pick the Owner and the destination V/TO, then select Move. You need edit permission on both V/TOs, and only V/TOs you can edit appear as destinations. A note is added to the Issue automatically to show where it came from. See Send Issues to Other Meetings or V/TO.

  • Request Upgrade for Free Observers: Free Observers can select Request Upgrade on their own row in Settings > Company > People to ask for the Member role. Owners and Admins are notified, and the request shows as pending until an Owner or Admin changes the user's role. See How to Add a Free Observer in EOS One.

  • General bug fixes: This release also includes bug fixes and reliability improvements across Atlas AI, Meetings, Scorecard, V/TO, and Billing.
