Free Observers land in the V/TO area after signing in.
Before you begin
Only Owners and Admins can invite users to an EOS One organization.
Members and Free Observers cannot access the People page under Company settings or invite new users.
Add a Free Observer
Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner of EOS One.
Select Settings.
Under Company, select People.
Click Invite User.
Enter the user’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
From the Role menu, select Free Observer.
To invite another user, click Add another and enter the additional user’s information.
Click Send Invite. When inviting multiple users, click Send Invites.
The user will receive an email invitation to join your EOS One organization.
Upgrade a Free Observer to Member
A Free Observer can request an upgrade to the Member role. Only an Owner or Admin can approve the change by updating the user’s role.
To upgrade a Free Observer:
Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner of EOS One.
Select Settings.
Under Company, select People.
Locate the Free Observer you want to upgrade.
Open the user’s role menu.
Select Member.
The user receives the standard Member permission set after the role is changed.
