Understanding the Three-Dot Menus

The Scorecard in EOS One has two types of three-dot menus:

  1. Scorecard-Level Menu: Located at the top of the Scorecard, this menu applies to the entire Scorecard and does not include options to edit or remove specific measurables.

  2. Measurable-Level Menu: Found in-line with each measurable row, this menu contains the Edit and Remove options for that specific measurable. Ensure you are using this menu for measurable-specific actions.

Troubleshooting Visibility Issues

If the three-dot menu for a measurable isn’t visible, it’s often due to screen size or browser zoom settings. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Open the specific L10 meeting and navigate to the Scorecard section.

  2. Scroll horizontally to the right until the end of each measurable row is in view.

  3. Adjust your browser zoom settings to ensure the full width of the 13-week Scorecard is visible. For example, zoom out by using your browser’s zoom controls.

Once the far-right edge of the measurable row is visible, the three-dot menu should appear, allowing you to proceed with editing or removing the measurable.

Editing or Removing a Measurable

To edit or remove a measurable from the Scorecard:

  1. Open the meeting that contains the measurable you want to modify.

  2. Locate the measurable in the Scorecard.

  3. Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the measurable row.

  4. Select the appropriate option to either edit or remove the measurable.

  • Ensure your browser window is maximized for better visibility.

  • If you’re using a smaller screen, consider switching to a larger display or adjusting your device’s resolution settings.
