6.12.26 Release Notes: Search, Recycle Bin, Billing Access, and Notepad Improvements

This release adds Search and Recycle Bin, updates Billing access for Admins, and improves notepad reliability across EOS One.

Enhancements

  • Search: Use Search in the top header to find To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, Headlines, People, Measurables, Process Documents, and Meetings across EOS One.

  • Search shortcuts: Open Search from anywhere in EOS One using Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows.

  • Search filters and sorting: Filter results by type and sort by Relevance, Recent, or A-Z.

  • Recycle Bin: Restore deleted Meetings, Rocks, Issues, To-Dos, Headlines, and Measurables from Settings > Recycle Bin.

  • Recycle Bin permissions: Owners and Admins can view deleted items across the organization. Managers and Members can view deleted items from Meetings they belong to or items they own.

  • Measurable descriptions: Add an optional description to a Measurable to explain what it tracks, where the number comes from, or how the target is calculated. Descriptions appear as tooltips on the Scorecard.

  • Billing access: Admins now have Billing access by default. Owners and Admins can manage billing and subscriptions from Settings > Billing.

  • Atlas AI confirmation prompts: Atlas AI may now ask users to confirm certain changes before updating EOS One.

  • Atlas AI response clarity: Atlas AI now provides clearer messaging when an action is restricted and may suggest an alternative when available.

Defects Fixed

  • Improved notepad reliability: Notepads are now more stable across EOS One. This update fixes issues where formatting could break after saving or reloading and improves typing reliability during live meetings.

  • Rich text formatting stability: Fixed issues where note formatting and structure could collapse after saving or refreshing the page.

  • Live meeting typing stability: Improved the typing experience in live meetings when using notepad fields.

  • Atlas AI restricted actions: Improved Atlas AI responses so restricted actions no longer return vague “I can’t do that” messaging.

Other Updates

  • Billing permissions cleanup: Billing access is now role-based. Owners and Admins have Billing access by default, and Billing access is no longer manually granted from a Billing Access list.

  • Atlas AI context improvements: Atlas AI has improved context from EOS One data, helping it provide more relevant responses.

  • Internal infrastructure updates: We made behind-the-scenes improvements to support more consistent data access and authorization across EOS One.
