How to End a Meeting in EOS One

End a meeting in EOS One to save the meeting record, send a summary to attendees, and prepare the meeting workspace for the next session.

Before you end a meeting

When you finish your meeting, review the end meeting options in the "Conclude" section.

By default, EOS One may select options that help clean up the meeting workspace and send a recap to attendees.

How to end a meeting

  1. In the meeting sidebar, select Conclude.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  3. In the End Meeting area, review the available options:

    • Clear meeting items: Removes completed to-dos and reviewed Headlines from the active meeting workspace.

    • Send email summary: Sends a recap email to meeting attendees.

  4. Leave the default options selected, or update them as needed.

  5. Select End Meeting.

After the meeting ends, EOS One returns you to your dashboard.

How to handle an accidental meeting start

If you started a meeting by mistake, you can end the meeting without clearing items or sending a summary.

  1. In the meeting sidebar, select Conclude.

  2. Scroll to the End Meeting area.

  3. Clear the Clear meeting items checkbox.

  4. Clear the Send email summary checkbox.

  5. Select End Meeting.

This prevents EOS One from sending an unwanted recap email and keeps completed to-dos and reviwed Headlines in the active meeting workspace.
