The Assistant role allows teams to assign secondary users to a Seat in the Accountability Chart.
What it is
An Assistant in the Accountability Chart is a user assigned to help support a Seat without being the primary seat owner.
This feature helps busy leaders delegate and stay organized, while keeping accountability clear.
How to add an Assistant in the Accountability Chart
Navigate to the Accountability Chart from the left-hand navigation.
Hover over the Seat where you want to add an assistant.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the Seat.
Select Add Assistant from the dropdown.

Click Add.
Once added, the Assistant’s name will appear below the Seat owner with an “Assistant” label. A single Seat can have multiple Assistants if needed.

FAQ / Q&A
Q: Can a Seat have multiple Assistants?
Yes. You can assign more than one Assistant to the same Seat if needed.
Q: What’s the difference between an Assistant and a co-owner?
The Seat owner is accountable for the role. Assistants support the work but do not own the outcomes or reporting responsibilities.
