Any V/TO in EOS One™ can be connected to a meeting. When a meeting is connected to a V/TO, all attendees of that meeting are automatically given view and edit access to that V/TO without having to update the Visibility Settings. Follow the steps below to connect a V/TO to a meeting.
NOTE: Any Rocks entered into your V/TO also need to be added to the connected meeting. Instructions on adding a Rock to a meeting can be found here.
Open the V/TO you would like to connect to a Meeting.
If needed, click "Edit" to enter the edit state of the V/TO.
Click the "Select Meeting" dropdown next to "Connect this V/TO® to a meeting?". Then, select the meeting you would like connected to the V/TO.
Once a meeting is selected, the V/TO will be connected to that meeting and the Visibility Settings will automatically be updated.
