Download Your Rock Review

The Rock Review in EOS One™ helps you track your 90-day goals and ensure they're on track to be completed by the end of the quarter. You can easily download your Rock Review data as a PDF for offline review, quarterly planning sessions, or sharing with team members.

How to Download Your Rock Review

  1. Navigate to your Rock Review

    • From your EOS One™ dashboard, click on the name of the Meeting you wish to view to bring up the Meeting Overview.

  2. Locate the Download Button

    • Look for the download icon (⬇️) in the top-middle area of your Rock Review section.

  3. Click to Download

    • Click the download button to generate your Rock Review PDF

    • The PDF file will be automatically downloaded to your browser's default download folder

What Gets Downloaded

When you download your Rock Review, you'll receive a PDF file that includes:

  • All Listed Rocks: Every 90-day goal currently tracked in your Rock Review

  • Rock Status: Current status indicators (On-Track, Off-Track, etc.)

  • Rock Owners: The person assigned to each Rock

  • Due Dates: Target completion dates for each Rock

Tips for Using Downloaded Rock Reviews

Quarterly Sessions: Your EOS Implementer will recommend that you bring a hard copy of your Rock Review for review.

Team Meetings: Reference the PDF during offline Level 10 Meetings™ when reviewing Rock progress

Historical Tracking: Keep downloaded versions to track Rock completion trends over multiple quarters

Offline Review: Access your Rock data when you don't have internet connectivity

Leadership Reporting: Share Rock progress with leadership team members who may not have direct EOS One™ access

Troubleshooting

Download Not Working?

  • Ensure your browser allows downloads from app.eosone.com

  • Check your internet connection

  • Try refreshing the page and attempting the download again

Can't Find Downloaded File?

  • Check your browser's default download folder (usually "Downloads")

  • Look for a file with "Rock Review" in the filename and a .pdf extension
