The weekly column methodology in the Scorecard helps teams consistently track Measurables using a fixed weekly structure for Mondays through Sundays.
What it is
Each Scorecard displays weekly columns that represent a fixed Monday–Sunday date range. The right-most column is always highlighted and reflects the previous week’s Monday–Sunday period. This column is used to enter the latest Measurable data.
How to access/use it
Navigate to your Scorecard view.
Each column header shows the date range it represents (e.g., “7/15–7/21”).
The right-most highlighted column is where you should enter the most recent week’s Measurable data, even if your measurement period differs (e.g., Tuesday–Monday).
Every Friday, a new blank column appears on the right for the next Monday–Sunday date range.
Key actions
Enter Measurables: Always input the latest number in the right-most column.
Check date range: Match your Measurable to the nearest Monday–Sunday period.
Update timing: Expect a new column every Friday, ready for the upcoming week.
Example scenario
You log in on Friday, 7/19, and want to enter numbers for the week of 7/15–7/21. The right-most highlighted column is labeled “7/15–7/21,” so you enter your latest Measurables there.
When you return on Friday, 7/26, a new column labeled “7/22–7/28” appears, ready for the next week’s entries.

Q&A
What if my team measures from Tuesday to Monday instead of Monday to Sunday?
You should still enter your most recent Measurable in the right-most column, even if the ranges don’t perfectly align.
Why does a new column show up on Fridays?
To give teams time to prepare for their upcoming weekly meetings using next week’s Scorecard range.
Can I edit data from previous weeks?
Yes, you can update past weeks’ columns, but the right-most column should always reflect the most current data.
