When a meeting ends and the Clear Meeting Items box is checked, EOS One® automatically saves a history of that meeting. The Meeting History tab on the meeting’s page gives you access to every prior instance that meeting was run. Each entry includes a summary, including how much time was spent in each segment, the meeting’s average rating, and more, along with a snapshot of each agenda item at that point in time.
Follow the steps below to access a meeting’s history and see an example of what’s captured.
From the Dashboard or Meetings page, click the meeting you would like to access.
Click "Meeting History."
Find the instance of the meeting you would like to see and click the meeting's name.
From there, you will see a summary of the instance of that meeting, and all agenda items as they were when that meeting was run.
