How to Use the "Ask Atlas AI" feature in the Process Tab
Atlas AI helps you get instant answers about your processes by analyzing uploaded documentation in the Process tab.
Steps to Use Atlas AI
Upload Your Process Documentation
Only Admins and Owners can upload process files. Navigate to the Process tab and click Upload. Accepted file types are.pdf,.doc, and.docx(up to 5MB).
βOpen the Process Tab
Once a process is uploaded, go to the Process tab to view it.Ask a Question
In the Atlas AI assistant panel, type a question about your process (e.g., "What is the first step in theclient onboarding process?").
View the Answer
Atlas AI will respond based on the uploaded documentation, pointing you directly to the relevant section or step.
Notes
Atlas AI is available to all users except Free Observers.
Atlas AI can only answer questions based on documentation already uploaded in the Process tab.
If no process is uploaded, Atlas AI will not return results.

Who can upload process documents?
Only Admins and Owners can upload documentation into the Process tab.
What types of files can I upload for Atlas AI to analyze?
You can upload .pdf, .doc, or .docx files up to 5MB in size.
Why am I not seeing Atlas AI?
You might be a Free Observer. Atlas AI is not available to this user type.
Can I ask questions about multiple processes?
Yes, as long as the processes are uploaded, Atlas AI can answer questions from any of them.
