How to Add a Video Headline in EOS One

Video Headlines let you attach a short video update to a meeting, making it easier to share news or context with your team.

Steps to Add a Video Headline

  1. Go to the Headlines section
    Navigate to the Headlines tab from your meeting or workspace.

  2. Click Add Headline
    This opens the Add a Headline form.

  3. Fill in required fields

    • Title: Enter a short description of your update.

    • Meeting: Select the meeting where this headline should appear.

    • Owner: Choose who is responsible for this headline.

    • Notes: (Optional) Add any extra details in text format.

  4. Add a Video
    Click the Add a Video button near the bottom of the form. You can then upload your video file.

5. Add a Video or Upload a video

  • Once you have your video recorded, you can choose to keep it, or to re-record your video. Once you make your selection, you can choose "Add Headline".

    Click Add Headline to publish, or Add & Create New to continue adding more.

Who Can Use This

  • All users except Free Observers can add Video Headlines.
