If your organization includes an Owner’s Box, you can represent this structure in your EOS One Accountability Chart by following these steps:
Open a new Accountability Chart.
Adjust the initial structure:
Delete two of the three seats reporting to the Integrator.
Rename the seats:
Change "Visionary" to Owner
Change "Integrator" to Visionary
Rename the remaining seat to Integrator
Build out the chart:
Add seats under the Integrator as you normally would.
Populate the chart with appropriate team members and responsibilities.
This layout allows you to accurately mirror an Owner’s Box configuration within the Accountability Chart.
