How to Create an A/C Folder in EOS One

Creating an A/C (Accountability Chart) folder in EOS One allows teams to centralize roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines in one accessible location. This guide walks you through the process of setting up a new A/C folder, so you can start organizing your Accountability Chart effectively.

What Is an A/C Folder?

An A/C folder is a dedicated space within EOS One where you can:

  • Build and edit your Accountability Chart

  • Assign team members to specific seats

How to Create an A/C Folder

Follow these steps to create a new A/C folder:

1. Navigate to the A/C Section

  • Log in to your EOS One Account.

  • From the left-hand navigation, select Accountability Chart or A/C.

2. Start a New Folder

  • Click the “+ New Folder” button in the top right corner of the A/C dashboard.

  • A dialog box will appear prompting you to enter folder details.

3. Enter Folder Details

  • Folder Name: Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "2025 Strategic A/C" or "Sales Dept A/C").

4. Click "Create"

  • After filling in the necessary information, click the “Create” button.

  • The new A/C folder will appear in your list, ready for you to begin building your chart.
