Moving existing seats on The Accountability Chart is a straightforward process. Follow the below steps to move any seat on your Accountability Chart.
NOTE: If you move a seat that has direct reports, those direct reports will be moved with their manager.
Open the Accountability Chart you would like to edit.
Identify the seat you would like to move. Click in the card's white space, and drag and drop the seat to who that person now reports to.
Important Note on Seat OrderingPlease keep the following in mind when organizing your chart:
Fixed Left-to-Right Ordering: New seats added under a leader will always populate to the right of existing seats.
Manual Reordering: Currently, the Accountability Chart does not support custom horizontal reordering (dragging a seat to the left or right of a peer). The system will not save seats in a custom sequence if you attempt to rearrange them manually.
Best Practice: If the specific horizontal order of your seats is important, plan to add the seats in the order you want them to appear from left to right.
Once dropped, the card and any direct reports will snap into position underneath the card they were dropped onto.
