As your organization evolves, you may need to update reporting relationships on your Accountability Chart. EOS One allows you to move seats to a new reporting structure using drag-and-drop.
Note: If a seat has direct reports, all seats beneath it will move with it.
Open the Accountability Chart Builder
Click A/C from the left-hand navigation menu.
Click Open A/C Builder.
Select the Accountability Chart draft you would like to edit.
If you are updating your organization's official Accountability Chart, create or open a draft based on the current Live Accountability Chart.
Move a Seat
Locate the seat you want to move.
Click and hold within the seat card.
Drag the seat to its new reporting location.
Drop the seat beneath the seat it should report to.
The Accountability Chart will automatically update the reporting structure.
What Happens When a Seat Is Moved?
When a seat is moved:
The reporting relationship is updated.
Any direct reports beneath that seat move with it.
The Accountability Chart automatically adjusts the layout to reflect the new structure.
Save and Publish Changes
Changes made within an Accountability Chart draft are saved automatically.
When you are ready to make your updates available to the organization:
Review the draft.
Click Make Live.
Confirm the publication.
The updated Accountability Chart will become the organization's official Accountability Chart.

What happens to a seat's direct reports when it is moved?
All direct reports beneath the seat move with it and remain connected to the reporting structure.
Can I move multiple seats at once?
Moving a parent seat automatically moves all seats that report to it.
Can I move seats on a Live Accountability Chart?
Changes are made within Accountability Chart drafts. Once your changes are complete, click Make Live to publish the updated version.
Can I reorganize seats horizontally?
Yes. The Accountability Chart now supports reorganizing seats within the chart structure. The system automatically updates the layout based on the reporting relationships you create.
