Create a New Accountability Chart

The Accountability Chart is live and available to use in EOS One! The Accountability Chart provides clarity about who is accountable for executing the functions in an organization and identifies the primary roles for each seat.

You can customize each seat by filling out the:

  • Seat Name

  • Seat Holder

  • Roles

To create a new Accountability Chart:

  1. Click “A/C”’ from the left-side navigation.

  1. Click “Create New Folder.”
    ​
    ​

  1. Click “Create New A/C.”
    ​
    ​
