Connect individual Rocks from your V/TO to the meetings where they should be reviewed and managed.
What it means to connect a Rock to a meeting
Rocks in a V/TO can be linked to a meeting. Each Rock can be connected to its own meeting, or multiple Rocks can be connected to the same meeting.
This helps your team review the right Rocks in the right meeting.
How to connect a V/TO Rock to a meeting
Click V/TO from the left navigation bar.
Open the V/TO that contains the Rock you want to connect.
Click Open V/TO Builder if you need to edit the V/TO.
Find the Rock you want to connect.
Use the meeting dropdown on that Rock.
Select the meeting where the Rock should appear.
Repeat these steps for any other Rocks you want to connect to meetings.
Each Rock can be connected to a different meeting, or all Rocks can be connected to the same meeting.
What information can be updated on a Rock?
From the V/TO Builder, you can update each Rock’s:
Title
Owner
Due date
Connected meeting

Can one V/TO have Rocks connected to different meetings?
Yes. Each Rock can be connected to its own meeting.
Can all Rocks be connected to the same meeting?
Yes. Select the same meeting from the meeting dropdown for each Rock.
Do I connect the entire V/TO to a meeting?
No. V/TO Rocks are now connected to meetings individually.
What happens if I select No meeting?
The Rock remains in the V/TO, but it is not connected to a meeting.
