Download Your To-Do List

The To-Do List in EOS One™ helps you review To-Dos from last week's meeting with a quick "Done" or "Not Done" response. You can easily download your To-Do List data as a PDF for offline review, task tracking, or sharing with team members.

How to Download Your To-Do List

  1. Navigate to your To-Do List

    • From your EOS One™ dashboard, click on the name of the Meeting you wish to view to bring up the Meeting Overview.

  2. Locate the Download Button

    • Look for the download icon (⬇️) in the top-middle area of your To-Do List section

  3. Click to Download

    • Click the download button to generate your To-Do List PDF

    • The PDF file will be automatically downloaded to your browser's default download folder

What Gets Downloaded

When you download your To-Do List, you'll receive a PDF file that includes:

  • All Current To-Dos: Every task currently tracked in your To-Do List

  • Owner Information: The person assigned to each To-Do

  • Due Dates: Target completion dates for each task

  • Status Indicators: Current completion status (Done, Not Done, In Progress)

Meeting Preparation: Use downloaded To-Do List PDFs during offline Level 10 Meetings™ when reviewing task completion

Task Tracking: Reference the PDF to monitor team member accountability and progress

Historical Record: Keep downloaded versions to track task completion patterns over time

Offline Planning: Review To-Dos when planning work priorities without internet access

Team Coordination: Share To-Do progress with team members who need visibility into task status

Weekly Reviews: Use the PDF to conduct weekly accountability sessions

Troubleshooting

Download Not Working?

  • Ensure your browser allows downloads from app.eosone.com

  • Check your internet connection

  • Try refreshing the page and attempting the download again

Can't Find Downloaded File?

  • Check your browser's default download folder (usually "Downloads")

  • Look for a file with "To-Do List" in the filename and a .pdf extension
