Insights: Overview and How to Use It

Updated over 2 months ago

The Insights page in EOS One gives Owners and Admins a centralized, organization-wide view of all Company Rocks, Issues, To-Dos, Headlines, and Scorecard data. This powerful feature helps you monitor progress, remove obstacles, and manage key items across every meeting—all from a single screen.

What it is

Insights consolidates your most critical EOS tools into one high-level dashboard. It’s designed to help Admins and Owners drive accountability and clarity throughout the organization.

Quick Insights Panel

At the top of the Insights page, you’ll find a Quick Insights panel that highlights key performance indicators across all meetings:

  • Off-Track Rocks: Total number of Rocks currently marked as Off Track

  • Overdue To-Dos: Total number of To-Dos past their due date

  • Unresolved Issues: Issues that remain open and need attention

  • Off-Track Measurables: Measurables in the Scorecard that are below target

These metrics update in real time and help you quickly identify areas that need immediate action.

Sections and Filters

The Insights page is organized into five main sections:

  • Rocks

  • Issues

  • To-Dos

  • Headlines

  • Scorecard

Each section provides visibility into status, ownership, and meeting context to help you take action quickly.

Filter by Status

Quickly focus on the most important items in each section:

  • Rocks: All Statuses, On Track, Off Track, Done, Not Done

  • Issues: All Statuses, Closed, Pending

  • To-Dos: All Statuses, Not Done, Done, Pending, Removed

  • Headlines: All Statuses, To Review, Reviewed

  • Scorecard: Measurables based on the selected meeting(s)

Filter by Meeting

Use the Filter by meeting... dropdown in the top-right corner to narrow your view by specific meetings.

Filter by Date (Scorecard only)

Use the date range selector in the Scorecard section to view up to 13 weeks of historical data at a time.

Download to CSV

Click Download CSV in any section to export the filtered data into a spreadsheet. This is ideal for reporting or offline analysis.

Permissions and visibility

Your ability to view data on the Insights page depends on your role in EOS One:

  • Owners and Admins: Have full visibility across all meetings and users within the account.

  • All Other Users: See only the items from meetings they are part of. Their view is limited to their involvement.
