If you’re an EOS Implementer® and unable to view certain details in your client’s EOS One account, it likely means you haven't been granted the proper visibility. Access in EOS One is controlled by each client organization, and only users explicitly added to specific tools or meetings can see the associated content—unless you're an Admin.
Admin Access: View All Meeting Items
If your client has made you an Admin on their EOS One account, you’ll automatically access all Meeting data across their workspace, including To-Dos, Issues, Headlines, and more. This is the simplest way to gain full visibility as an Implementer.
For more information on how to view the items if you're an admin, please take a look at this article: How to View All Meeting Items as an Owner or Admin.
If you're not an Admin, your client will need to individually grant you access to the tools and meetings you need, as outlined below. Additionally, even if you are an admin, they'll need to adjust the V/TO and A/C settings so you can see them.
How Visibility Works in EOS One
If your client does not wish to add you as an admin, each part of the EOS One workspace has its own access permissions. As an Implementer, you won’t automatically see all tools or data. To gain access, your client must manually invite you to the areas they want to share.
Here’s What You’ll Need Access To:
1. Meetings
If you're not seeing To-Dos, Issues, or Headlines from a client’s Level 10 Meeting™, ensure your client has added you as a participant.
To resolve:
-
Ask your client to add you to any Meetings where you need visibility.
-
Refer them to this article for guidance: Add People to a Meeting
2. Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO)
V/TO access is not automatic. Your client would need to give you visibility into this tool specifically.
To resolve:
-
Ask your client to adjust V/TO visibility settings to include you.
-
Here’s how they can do it: Visibility Settings: V/TO
3. Accountability Chart
Access to the Accountability Chart is also restricted based on visibility settings.
To resolve:
-
Ask your client to share the Accountability Chart with you by updating the visibility settings.

Tips:
-
Be proactive: When referring clients to EOS One, ask them to add you as an admin or to the appropriate tools and meetings early on.
-
Set Expectations: Let clients know that access needs to be granted per tool to ensure a smooth Implementer experience.
-
Respect privacy: EOS One was built with the customer's privacy in mind. While it's common on other platforms to be able to see everything as soon as you're invited, we recognize that not every organization will want to share the full details in the software.
