The Issues (IDS) in EOS One™ helps you track problems and obstacles to discuss with the team in IDS. You can easily download your Issues List data as a PDF for offline review, problem-solving sessions, or sharing with team members.
How to Download Your Issues List
- Navigate to your IDS Section
- From your EOS One™ dashboard, click on the name of the Meeting you wish to view to bring up the Meeting Overview.
- Locate the Download Button
- Look for the download icon (⬇️) in the top-middle area of your IDS section
- Click to Download
- Click the download button to generate your IDS PDF
- The PDF file will be automatically downloaded to your browser's default download folder
What Gets Downloaded
When you download your IDS, you'll receive a PDF file that includes:
- All Current Issues: Every issue currently tracked in your Issues List
- Owner Information: The person assigned to or responsible for each issue

Meeting Preparation: Use downloaded IDS PDFs during offline Level 10 Meetings™ when conducting IDS sessions
Problem Tracking: Reference the PDF to monitor issue resolution progress and accountability
Historical Analysis: Keep downloaded versions to identify recurring problems and patterns
Offline Problem-Solving: Review issues when planning solutions without internet access
Team Communication: Share issue status with team members who need visibility into problem resolution
Leadership Reporting: Provide issue summaries to leadership for organizational awareness

Download Not Working?
- Ensure your browser allows downloads from app.eosone.com
- Check your internet connection
- Try refreshing the page and attempting the download again
Can't Find Downloaded File?
- Check your browser's default download folder (usually "Downloads")
- Look for a file with "IDS" or "Issues List" in the filename and a .pdf extension
