Owners and Admins in EOS One now have enhanced visibility across the organization. You can now view all meeting items, regardless of which team or user they’re assigned to.
This includes:
- 📋 To-Dos

🪨 Rocks
-
❗ Issues
This feature provides better organizational oversight and helps leadership stay aligned on progress across all teams. Permission Levels can be adjusted in the License tab.
🔓 Who Has Access?
This functionality is available to users with the following permission levels:

Owner
-
Admin
If you're not sure what permission level you have, you can check by navigating to the License page under Settings in EOS One.
👀 How to View All Meeting Items
Follow the steps below to view items assigned to others across the organization:
1. Go to Your Dashboard
Log in to your EOS One account and navigate to your Dashboard (This is the default landing page)
2. Click the Filter Icon
Click the filter icon at the top of the To-Dos, Issues, or Rocks widget to open your filter settings.
3. Select the "Others" Option
Under the filter options:

Select the option labeled “Others.”

You can leave or uncheck the "Mine" option.
4. Press Save
Click Save to apply the filter.
Your Dashboard will now display all To-Dos, Rocks, or Issues across the organization, not just the ones assigned to you.
💡 You can apply this filter individually for To-Dos, Rocks, and Issues depending on what you want to view.
