Add a Rock to Multiple Meetings
You can now add a single Rock to multiple meetings at once—improving visibility and alignment across teams.
-
When creating or editing a Rock, use the “Meeting” dropdown to select all meetings where the Rock should appear.
-
A copy of the Rock will display in each selected meeting.
-
Status updates to the Rock will automatically sync across all meetings.
This is ideal for shared responsibilities or Rocks that span multiple teams.
Delegate a Rock to Another Owner
Rocks can now be delegated to a different owner in another meeting—while maintaining synchronization across meetings.
To delegate a Rock:
-
In the Rock creation or edit screen, scroll to the “Delegate your Rock” section.
-
Select the meeting and the new owner you want to delegate to.
-
Click Add or Save.
-
The Rock will appear in the selected meeting, owned by the new person.
-
Status changes will reflect across all linked meetings.
Note: You can only delegate a Rock to someone you share a meeting with. The delegation dropdown will list attendees of the selected meeting only.
