New Features

Notification Center Now Available

A new Notification Center has been introduced to help keep users—especially owners and admins—informed of key account activity.

  • Access it anytime via the bell icon in the top navigation bar.

  • Notifications will appear in real time to keep you up to date on organizational changes.

Currently, you’ll receive notifications for:

  • A user being removed from your organization

  • A free observer requesting an upgrade to a full license

  • Confirmation when upgrade requests are approved

More notification types will be added over time to support enhanced visibility and responsiveness.

Updates & Improvements

Reopened Issues During IDS®

When an Issue is reopened during IDS in a live meeting, it now correctly appears alongside other remaining Issues in the Issues List.

  • Previously, reopened Issues were automatically prioritized to the top (#1 slot), which has now been corrected for better flow during prioritization.

Sort Options Added to the Directory

The Directory now includes new sort options, making it easier to organize and locate users:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Last Activity

  • Permission Level

These options improve navigation—especially in large organizations.

Bug Fixes

This release includes several key bug fixes:

  • The “Duplicate To-Do” function in live meetings now works reliably.

  • Typing notes during IDS no longer causes the cursor to jump to the beginning of the field.

  • The “My To-Dos” section on the Dashboard now expands and collapses correctly.

  • The Scribe and all attendees now see the same due dates for To-Dos in live meetings.

  • When “Clear meeting items” is checked at the end of a meeting, all reviewed items are now cleared—even in meetings with a large number of entries.

  • To-Dos added during a live meeting now display the “New” tag until the meeting concludes.

Maintenance and Optimizations

Prioritizing Issues in IDS

When selecting top Issues during IDS:

  • The Current Issues list now remains static.

  • The selected top 3 Issues will appear in a designated area above the list.

This provides a smoother prioritization experience with less screen movement.

Streamlined To-Do Duplication

Duplicating a To-Do now opens a pre-filled creation form, with all details from the original To-Do carried over—except for the Owner field.

This update reduces manual input and speeds up repetitive task creation.
