4.3.24 Release Notes | V/TO and The Accountability Chart

New Features

 

V/TO®
 

The V/TO is now available for use in EOS One™! V/TO is short for Vision/Traction Organizer®. This is a 2-page document where we keep the questions that help crystalize your vision and get your organization on the same page. 

You can now digitally enter all the information on your V/TO and review it within EOS One. To create a new V/TO:

 

  1. Click “V/TO” from the left-side navigation.
  2. Click “Create New Folder.”
  3. Click “Create New V/TO.”

The Accountability Chart

 

The Accountability Chart is now also live and available to use in EOS One. The Accountability Chart provides clarity about who owns the major functions of an organization and identifies the primary roles and responsibilities for which they are accountable. 

 

You can customize each seat by filling out the:

 

  • Seat Name
  • Seat Holder
  • Roles 

 

To create a new Accountability Chart:

 

  1. Click “A/C” from the left-side navigation.
  2. Click “Create New Folder.”
  3. Click “Create New A/C.”

Full List of Bug Fixes

 

  • During a live meeting, Issues marked as solved from the Current Issues List now only appear under the Solved Issues List.
  • Issues added from the meeting page now appear in the IDS section without needing a page refresh.
  • There is now no way to have a Leadership Team badge appear next to multiple meetings.
  • A misalignment of the Scorecard has been corrected.
