Move a V/TO® or Accountability Chart to Another Folder
You can now move a Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO®) or Accountability Chart between folders with ease. To move a version:

Click the vertical ellipsis next to the version you want to move.

Select Move to Another Folder.
This update simplifies organization and helps keep your workspace tidy.
Disconnect a Meeting from a V/TO®
You now have the ability to disconnect a V/TO from its associated meeting. Here’s how:

Click the “X” next to the meeting name at the top of the V/TO.

The dropdown will reset to say “Select Meeting.”
You can then choose a new meeting to associate—or leave the V/TO unconnected.

Redesigned Login Page
The EOS One login and sign-up page has been completely redesigned for clarity and simplicity:

Clear instructions for logging in with Google SSO or email and password.

An intuitive layout for new users creating an account.
Remove a Name from V/TO Rocks & Issues
Need to unassign a Rock or Issue? You can now remove a name from the “Who” field in a V/TO:

Click the “X” next to the assigned name.

The field can be left blank and saved.
This makes it easier to clear or reassign ownership on the fly.
Bug Fixes
Here are some of the key bug fixes included in this release:

Issues created from a To-Do in a live meeting now display the local timestamp in notes (instead of UTC).

The full user list is now shown in the Transfer Ownership dropdown.

The Notepad now updates in real-time for all attendees in a live meeting.
Maintenance and Optimizations

The mouse cursor now changes to a hand icon when hovering over clickable elements like buttons and checkboxes—improving clarity on interactive elements.

The text “Enter Role Here” in an Accountability Chart is now placeholder text. You can start typing immediately without needing to delete it.

The layout of the V/TO has been streamlined to better mirror the printed version:
