Text Wrap for Headlines and To-Dos in Live Meetings

Headlines and To-Dos now automatically wrap text to fit smaller or zoomed-in screens during live meetings. This ensures names remain fully visible and readable across devices and resolutions.

  • If space runs out, a horizontal scroll bar appears at the end of the row for smooth navigation.

Clickable Hyperlinks in Notes

Hyperlinks in meeting item notes are now clickable from the preview view:

  • Open the notes preview.

  • Click any hyperlinked text to open the link in a new tab.

This makes it easier to access linked resources without switching to edit mode.

Bug Fixes

This release includes several targeted fixes:

  • Hyperlinks clicked during live meetings now open in a new browser tab.

  • When a Free Observer’s upgrade request is either approved or denied, the Approve and Deny buttons now disappear as expected.

Maintenance and Optimizations

  • The calendar picker for all date fields now opens on click, rather than on hover—making date selection more intentional and user-friendly.

  • If the Proven Process field in a V/TO is left blank, it will no longer appear in the saved version. The section and label are fully omitted unless content is provided.

  • On the Dashboard, both the word “HOME” and the icon next to it are now highlighted in orange when active. The same applies in the Learning Center, where “LEARN” and its icon will highlight. Clicking either will return you to the corresponding section.
