New Features

Enter Actual Numbers in a V/TO®

You can now enter actual quarterly results directly into your Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO®) to maintain a historical record of your Measurables.

  • In Edit mode, click Record Quarterly Results.

  • Enter actual numbers for Revenue, Profit, and any other Measurables.

  • These figures will appear next to the original target numbers for easy comparison.

This feature helps teams stay accountable and track performance over time.

Traction Library Now Available in the Learning Center

The Traction Library is now accessible in the EOS® Learning Center. You can:

  • Browse the full list of titles, including summaries of each book.

  • Order books directly from the Traction Library tab.

  • Receive 50% off when ordering 20 or more copies of any book combination.

This makes it easier to explore and share core EOS content with your team.

Updates & Improvements

Updated Quick “Add” Buttons in Global Header

The quick add buttons in the top global header now display both:

  • The item’s icon, and

  • Descriptive text: Add To-Do, Add Issue, or Add Headline

These updates make it easier to identify and use these shortcuts across the platform.

Notes Are Now Included When Converting Items to Issues

When converting a meeting item into an Issue—either during or outside of a live meeting—any associated notes are now automatically included. This ensures all relevant context carries over when creating an Issue.

Quick View of V/TO® and Accountability Chart Viewers

Next to the title of each V/TO and Accountability Chart, you’ll now see a profile bubble lineup:

  • Clicking the lineup opens a dropdown list of all users in your organization who have view access to that version.

This quick visual makes it easier to manage and confirm visibility across the team.

Bug Fixes

This release includes the following key fixes:

  • Rocks assigned in multiple meetings are no longer removed if one of those meetings is deleted.

  • Users without View access to the Revenue or Profit sections of a V/TO can no longer enter values in those fields.

Maintenance and Optimizations

  • V/TO downloads and printouts now better handle long content. If a section doesn’t fit on one page, it automatically continues on a second.

  • When printing or viewing a V/TO, Rocks and Issues now display the responsible person’s first name and last initial, instead of the full name.

  • V/TOs now default to Preview mode when opened, providing a cleaner, print-ready view. Click Edit in the upper-right corner to make changes.
