New Features
Meetings Page Added to Left-Side Navigation
A Meetings page that displays all meetings you are an attendee of has been added to the main navigation!
The meetings will be organized chronologically in the “Upcoming Meetings” section, with any meetings you have that day in the “Today” tab, with meetings happening tomorrow under the “Tomorrow” tab. You will see all of your meetings in the “All My Meetings” section. You can click the name of any of the meetings to be taken to the meeting page.
Cascade Headlines to Other Meetings
Headlines can now be cascaded to other meetings during a live meeting or from the meeting page! Cascading a Headline to another meeting can be done by following the below instructions:
- Click the three vertical dots to the right of the Headline.
- Click “Cascade”, and then select the meeting(s) you would like to cascade the Headline to.
- Click “Cascade” to add this as a new Headline for the selected meeting(s).
Note: The cascaded Headlines are independent of the original Headline. If they are edited it will not affect the original Headline, and vice-versa.
Updates & Improvements
Revamped License Tab
Filters have been added to the License tab to easily see how many people you have in your organization across a number of different license states, provided at least 1 person is in that category. The filter will allow you to quickly see:
- All Users
- Upgrade Requests (Free Observers who have requested to have their license upgraded)
- Unaccepted Invites (Invitation has been sent but not yet accepted)
- Licensed Users
- Free Observers
A “License” column has been added to this tab. This column helps to quickly and clearly show which users in your organization are licensed users, and which are free observers. The “Meetings” column now displays a number representing the number of meetings each person in your organization is an attendee of. Hovering over that number displays the names of all of those meetings. Additionally, the columns of the license tab can now easily be sorted by those columns by simply clicking the arrows next to the column name.
Attendees of a Meeting Connected to a V/TO are Automatically Given View & Edit Access
When a meeting is connected to a V/TO, all attendees of that meeting are automatically given view and edit access to that V/TO. This enhancement eliminates the need to update the visibility settings after a V/TO is connected to a meeting.
Note: When a VTO is no longer connected to the meeting, the attendees of the originally connected meeting will still have access to that V/TO.
Bug Fixes
This release included several bug fixes, which we’ve highlighted below.
- Measurables that are reordered retain their new position.
- Designated Measurable Assistants can once again view and fill out those Measurables.
- To-Dos can be added from a Measurable during live meetings without error.
- When more than 5 roles are added to a seat in the Accountability Chart, a scroll bar now appears to display the “Cancel” and “Save” buttons for that seat.
Maintenance and Optimizations
The calendar component on the Rock and To-Do creation screens now displays the current date with gray shading to help quickly identify what the current date is.
When hovering over someone’s initials or custom avatar in a live meeting, the full name of that person will now display.
