Understanding EOS One Pricing

EOS One offers simple and transparent pricing designed to scale with your team.

Pricing Breakdown

  • First user is free: The first user in any EOS One organization is always free—no time limit, no catch.

  • Free 30-day trial: When you invite additional users, your organization automatically begins a 30-day free trial. During this period, all users (beyond the first) can access the platform at no cost. This trial is for the Organization, not per user. 

  • Post-trial pricing: After the 30-day trial ends, each additional user is billed at $10 per month.

  • New users after the trial: When new users are added after your subscription begins, they are also billed at $10 per user per month. Their first charge is prorated based on when they were added in the billing cycle. 

Multi-Organization Membership

If you're a member of more than one EOS One organization, you’ll be charged separately for each one—unless you’re the Owner of that organization. For example:

  • You are a non-Owner member in three organizations: you’ll be billed $10 per month for each (total: $30/month).

  • You are the Owner in one organization and a member in two others: you’ll only be charged for the two where you're not the Owner (total: $20/month).

Only the Owner in each organization is exempt from the monthly user fee.

Free Observer License

EOS One also offers a Free Observer license. Observer users can view content across the platform but do not have editing capabilities. This license is ideal for stakeholders who need visibility into progress but don’t need to actively contribute.

Observer users:

  • Do not count toward your billable user total.

  • Do not trigger the start of the 30-day trial if they are the first additional user added.
