At any time in EOS One™, the Organization creator can update the billing email address on file for their account. Follow the instructions below to do so.
- Click “Settings” and then navigate to the Billing tab.
- From the “Payment” section, click “View Payment Account.”
- On the next page, click "Update Information" in the "Account Information" section and Enter the new email address and click "Update." Your billing email address has now been updated!
