At any time in EOS One™, the Organization creator can cancel their trial or subscription. Follow the below instructions to do so.

1. Click “Settings” and then navigate to the Billing tab.​
   
   
   
    
2. From the “Subscription” section, click “Cancel Trial” or “Cancel Subscription.”​
   
   
   
    
3. On the confirmation modal, click "Confirm" to cancel your subscription.

At the end of the trial/billing period, all invited users in the organization will lose full access to EOS One.

Note: The Organization creator will still have full access to the organization after the trial or subscription has been canceled.
