The creator of an organization can transfer that ownership to another user in the same organization. This can be used to update the person responsible for managing the Organization in EOS One™, including billing. To transfer ownership of your organization, follow the instructions below.
- Click “Settings” and then navigate to the License tab.
- Find your name in the list of licenses, click the “Owner” dropdown under “Permission Level,” and click “Transfer Ownership.”
- In the subsequent pop-up window, select the appropriate person in the organization you wish to transfer ownership to.
- Click “Transfer” to complete the ownership transfer for the organization.
How to Change Ownership When the Original Owner Has Left the Company
If the current Organization Owner is no longer with the company and cannot transfer ownership themselves, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Notify Us by Email
After submitting the form:

Send an email to help@eosone.com with the subject line:
Ownership Change Request - [Your Organization Name]

In your message, confirm that you’ve submitted the form.

Important: Be sure to CC another active member of your existing EOS One organization in the email.
Step 3: Verification from a Second Team Member
The CC’d team member must reply to the email confirming the request and stating who the new Organization Owner should be.
💡 Both the requester and the confirming member must use company email addresses (e.g., @yourcompany.com) to help us verify authenticity.
