In EOS One™, a copy of a To-Do can be made and assigned to multiple people at one time! During the To-Do creation, follow the below instructions to assign copies of a To-Do to multiple people.
NOTE: This is not to say that one To-Do will have multiple owners. Rather, a copy of the To-Do will be created and independently assigned to all people selected. For example, if a To-Do is created with three owners, three To-Dos will be created.
Assigning Duplicates of To-Dos to Multiple People
- When running a meeting, click the “Add To-Do” button at the top of your screen.
- Enter the:
- Title
- Due Date
- Notes (If any)
- Click the “Owner” dropdown and begin selecting people. As each person gets selected, they will be added as another “Owner.”
- Alternatively, if the To-Do is going to be assigned to all participants of the meeting, you can click the “Select All” button to create a copy of that To-Do for everyone in the meeting.
- Alternatively, if the To-Do is going to be assigned to all participants of the meeting, you can click the “Select All” button to create a copy of that To-Do for everyone in the meeting.
- Click “Add To-Do.”
