After recapping To-Dos during the Conclude portion of your meeting, if there are any decisions or important news that need to be shared with people outside of the meeting:
- Click “Add To-Do” under the “Cascading Messages” section.
- From there, you will be prompted to create a To-Do. Enter the:
- Title
- Due Date
- Owner
- Notes (if any)
- Click “Add To-Do.”
- If you have multiple To-Dos to add, click Add & Create New, and the dialog box will stay open.
