In addition to creating a Level 10 Meeting™ or Same Page Meeting®, you can create an Annual Meeting by using the Custom Meeting function! Follow the instructions below to create your Annual Meeting.

From the Dashboard, click the plus button to the right of "Meetings."
NOTE: Because the Annual takes place over 2 days, you will have to create 2 separate meetings.

Click “Custom Agenda” to begin building the first day of your Annual Meeting.

Begin by adding new meeting segments. Click “Add Section” to add your new meeting segment. Give the agenda item a name, and then select what content you would like the segment to contain from the “Add to Agenda Item” dropdown. Choices include an editable notepad and the Level 10 Meeting segments. The segments of both days of the Annual Meeting can be found below.

Edits to the order and length of each meeting segment can be made on the right side of the screen. Simply drag and drop the segments to reorder them, click a segment’s icon to change it, click the time dropdown to increase or decrease the length of the segment, and click the trash can to remove the segment.

Next, select the attendees of the meeting. You can click in the search bar of the “Attendees” section to see everyone who is currently a member of your organization. You can also type the name of the person you would like to add and select them from there.

Finally, give your meeting a name and set the date and time of when the meeting will run. For the Annual Meeting, make sure to select "Meet as needed (no set schedule)" under the date and time of the meeting.

Click “Create Meeting,” and the meeting will now appear on your homepage!
